President: The President shall be the leader of the club; preside over all general meetings, and all meetings of the executive committee; assign officers and/or members to undertake social or regular tasks upon approval by a simple majority of the executive committee or general meeting; appoint and/or recall committee chairpersons with the approval of the executive committee; be informed by committee chairpersons of all findings, meetings and agendas with reasonable advance notice; have the power to invite lawyers, consultants and advisors to executive/general meetings upon approval by a simple majority; and perform other special duties and/or tasks which the club may assign specifically to him/her insofar as such duties or tasks are legitimate and reasonable.
